「8折轉會清數貸款優惠」之條款及細則

  1. The promotion period for "20% Off Transfer Loan Offer" (“this Offer") provided by K Cash Limited and K Cash Express Limited (collectively referred to as "the Company") is from 1 January 2025, to 31 December 2025, inclusive of both start and end dates (“the Promotion Period").
  2. This Offer is only applicable to K Cash personal loan new customer ("Qualified Customer") who agrees to repay a specified amount of their existing loans from other banks and/or financial companies (“the Existing Loan") with the full or partial amount of a loan approved by the Company (“the Loan"). New customer is defined as an applicant who does not have any valid loan account with the Company within one month prior to the application date.
  3. Qualified Customer can obtain the Loan with an annual interest rate equals to 80% or more of the Existing Loan's annual interest rate through this Offer. The final annual interest rate for the Loan granted to Qualified Customer will be determined based on the individual credit status and may vary, subject to the Company’s final approval.
  4. During the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of successful applications, each Qualified Customer can only receive this Offer once.
  5. This Offer is subject to verification and confirmation of eligibility by the Company (with sole and absolute discretion).
  6. The Company reserves the right to grant this Offer to customers who meet the following conditions from the effective date of agreement of the Loan:
    1. The agreement of the Loan remains effective within three months;
    2. No principal has been repaid early within three months; and
    3. No violations of any terms of the agreement of the Loan occur.
    Otherwise, the Company reserves the right to withdraw this Offer from the customer and reclaim an amount equivalent to the value of this Offer issued as an administrative fee without prior notice.
  7. The Company reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time without further notice. In case of any disputes, the Company retains the final decision regarding this Offer.
  8. Persons who are not parties to this Agreement shall have no right to enforce any provisions of this Agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) or to enjoy any benefits under any provisions of this Agreement.
